Fit the Bill? Media watchers wonder whether the Daily News has it in for Cosby.

And then there were two. Early last week Tamara Green appeared on the cover of the Philadelphia Daily News, above the startling headline, "HE DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING TO ME."

In the story Green, 57, claims that entertainer Bill Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her 30 years ago in her Los Angeles apartment. Green says that back in the '70s, when she was a fashion model and TV commercial actress, she worked for Cosby, helping him open a club in L.A.

She claims that Cosby, now 67, gave her two "gray-and-red capsules" at a Los Angeles restaurant after she fell ill. Then he drove her to her apartment, where he tried to kiss and undress her.

Green, described by the Daily News as a "longtime criminal and civil lawyer," told the tabloid she was "compelled to come forward" out of "civic duty and moral obligation."

Last month it was reported that a former Temple University women's basketball executive claimed that Cosby drugged and groped her at his Elkins Park estate a year ago. The alleged victim says Cosby, whom she considered a friend and mentor, gave her some pills that made her dizzy, then fondled her at his home after a dinner out with friends. Green says she decided to publicly support the woman after Montgomery Country district attorney Bruce Castor allegedly described the case as weak. CLICK FOR MORE
