Camille Cosby Accompanies Husband Bill to Court in Sex Assault Trial as Defense Rests
Bill Cosby’s wife Camille arrived at court with her husband for his sexual assault trial, PEOPLE confirms.
Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt confirmed that the two arrived at the courthouse in Norristown, where Cosby faces charges for allegedly drugging Andrea Constand in his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, mansion in 2004.
Before Monday, Camille had been absent from the highly-publicized trial. Wyatt previously told PEOPLE that Camille had planned to attend “one day,” and has remained supportive of her husband of more than 50 years before and after he was charged.
The Cosbys smiled as they walked arm-in-arm into the courthouse and appeared to share a few laughs as they geared up for week two of the trial. The pair walked into the courthouse together but Camille entered the courtroom about 30 minutes later than her husband. She sat in the front row.CLICK FOR MORE
